“Kapiti Coast is a lifestyle choice. When my wife and I were considering a move we knew that good schools, good weather, great views and solid land were top of our list. Buying around the coast is often a challenge due to the soft land that can be plagued with problems for new builds. Lucky for us the land is perfect up in Kohekohe! Not to mention the views, weather and great schools in the vicinity. With the added benefit of transmission gully, I think the bigger question is ‘Why wouldn’t you buy a section up here?’”

“We became excited about Kohekohe Park the first time Pauliene showed us the site and immediately registered our interest in it. We loved the expansive views of Kapiti island and the Tasman Sea plus Kohekohe Park’s close proximity to Waikanae shops, restaurants and of course the railway station.
When Pauliene commenced sales of the development in February 2017 we had a section ‘earmarked’ for us straight away in the main subdivision. Then we decided that, rather than wait until late 2018 to start building in Kohekohe, we would buy one of the 5 sections in stage one of the development. Pauliene introduced us to some local building companies who have shown interest in Kohekohe Park and we hope to start building around September 2017, as soon as titles issue for the first stage.”
